First Call

When a loved one passes away, we are on call to guide you every step of the way. From the moment you make contact with us, we will explain all of the steps we will take. We make all necessary arrangements to look after your loved one from that moment until the funeral is over.

Firstly, we will liaise with the nursing home, hospital, hospice or the family/family doctor if the deceased passed away at home.

In cases of sudden or tragic death, a post-mortem may be required. If this is the case, we will keep in constant contact with the hospital and family to ease any burden this may place on the immediate family.

We will endeavor to bring your loved one home or to one of our funeral homes, as soon as possible, so you can spend as much precious time with them as you may want.
